Please fix it . ### 1/5 — Pain in the butt *2019-04-13, version 7.0* I finally got my app set up and now when I try to log in it says “please make sure you have the most up to date version before logging in” when I follow the prompt to “update” it takes my to the App Store where I can’t do anything but reload the same faulty app. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that doesn’t work. But the only way for me to file a claim to be reimbursed for my daycare expenses is through the app in my phone so I can capture the receipt. I tried to call the “login problems?” number and its all an automated system to access my account and do this like hear my balance. No technical assistance. ### 1/5 — App Doesn’t Work Anymore *2019-04-11* This app was super easy to use. Then, all of a sudden, the application couldn’t connect to the server. I have the most up to date version. Just getting an internal error ### 1/5 — Poor customer service *2026-01-08* This is my first experience with Plan Source. The interaction has not been positive. The rep suggested I change where I get my prescriptions from (Publix) because it shows as a grocery store! It is the user’s responsibility to make sure they can provide the documents to the IRS, not Plan Source!!! Never had this problem with their competitors TASC and Employee Benefits. ### 1/5 — OTP Entry Forces Repeated Keyboard Switches *2026-01-05* When entering an email OTP the app forces the standard iOS keyboard to switch back to letters with no numbers requiring an extra button press on every letter. Even worse if you mistype requiring a backspace that also swaps back to letters only keyboard. This behavior does not happen in any other OTP enabled login flow in any other app I have. ### 1/5 — The worst app ever! *2025-02-14* This app is the worst app I have experienced. Below I will list its short comings. 1) each time you leave the app. It signs you out and you have to start the process over and over again. 2) the app lacks any customer support 3) the app will provide denied notices, but the notice fails to explain why a claim is denied. 4) when you are reviewing transactions/ claims. If you click the detail link which always lack any explanation. Therefore that option t is worthless, but worst thing it does. It it takes you back to the beginning of the transactions. So you scroll down trying to find where you left off. I can go on and on, but it’s clear this app was cheaply designed and does even attempt to make itself user friendly. Furthermore, the most frustrating thing about this app that it constantly closes and you have to repeatedly have to sign in. In addition, it fails to provide the basic support data and the lack of detail in the denied claims is amazing frustrating and worthless. ### 1/5 — It won't let me log in 😅 *2024-12-06, version 24.11.00* I JUST created an account, I copy and pasted my username and password via text and the app legit just won't let me log in. It keeps telling me the credentials are invalid. But then I can go log in from my desktop. They aren’t, and work online. Not a light overhaul - and end to end by actual UX/UI designers, not benefits administrators. The user experience is horrible. All they seem to do is change the splash screen and text colors.
