This is my 5th submission today for a $13,000.00 hospital bill which keeps being rejected even though I have submitted all paperwork requested. You are consuming my time. At 79 years old I am not good with you electronic methods. Do I have to hire someone who can submit for me or just complain to OPA about lousy service. I have no trouble with dental bills or chiropractor.

This latest version not only looks fantastic but more importantly, the design is intuitive & everything is quick & easy to find. I use it to submit claims (super easy!) get quick coverage info. & I saved the quick drug card display to show at my pharmacy. Loving it!
