The App has been horrible for years and Bentley hasn’t even pretended to care. This is not luxury. Why even bother if it’s not gonna work and the bug fixes are a joke. It’s not working. Can’t log in, can’t edit, can’t control and it’s always down for one reason or another. Keeps demanding new vehicle details despite satisfying criteria. Why it can remember from previous version who knows. Screen also to long (iPhone 13pro) so continue off the page!! Also imports post code but needs editing as space omitted on import.. I could go on but clearly not tested. I log in, etc. But then when I want to use again I have to start over No app on phone again!! Most cars that are sold under 60k have a functioning app. I will not buy another Bentley. To much money to less luxury ### 1/5 — Thank Goodness the car is amazing !!! APP - Needs 100% makeover *2023-03-10* The app is basically worthless and it’s crazy to see that when apps like GMC & Ford are exponentially better. Why is there no remote start in 2026? Why have driver profiles if the settings can only be configured while seated in the vehicle? Why must I call a dealership to make appointments for service, service pricing is set why not Bentley Concierge in the app to schedule? These are table stakes in 2026, do better. ### 1/5 — iOS app bug: Climate control button not clickable *2026-01-14, version 5.18* I’m using the My Bentley app on iOS and the climate/cabin comfort control can’t be selected because the field is simply not clickable, it’s a clear UI issue. The exact same feature works on Android, but not on the iOS app, and this has been going on for months. Please fix this, as remote climate control is a core function and currently unusable on iPhone. ### 1/5 — VIN *2025-12-23, version 5.18* This app is invalid, NOT my Vin number. I think Bentley needs to up the game and at least have these options as standard. ### 1/5 — Worst app *2025-10-07* Keeps booting me and my password says not recognized 5 times locked out waiting to speak with someone. Spending 270k on Flying Spur, get a terrible app with no user experience. I more often get the unable to connect warning than an actual update. Previous apps I have used allow you turn the vehicle on locked heat/ air on the car and record journeys. I think Bentley need to up their game - these items should be as standard. ### 3/5 — Could do better *2021-08-15, version 5.1.3* If I understand correctly whilst the Bentley App is a step in the right direction Porsche App allows u to turn on the AC and or heat on via the app if correct that is clever use of same as well as extremely useful gizmo are good but need to be practical. Can’t even remotely turn on the air con/heating.
