## What is My Bessa?

My Bessa est une application dédiée aux clients de Bessa Promotion Immobilière. Il s’agit d’un espace qui reçoit et fait le suivi des doléances des réservataires et acquéreurs des résidences BPI. Grâce à cette application, les clients de la promotion Immobilière pourront non seulement exprimer leurs doléances, suivre leur évolution, mais aussi communiquer avec les chargés de doléances pour assurer une prise en charge rapide et efficace. L’utilisateur a la possibilité de compléter sa doléance en ajoutant des images pertinentes. Il est notamment possible d’échanger des commentaires grâce auxquels vous pouvez dialoguer avec les intervenants.

L’application My Bessa est chargée de notifier le client dès que sa doléance change de statut et passe de “en cours” à “effectuée” et lorsqu’un message ou une annonce importante est envoyé par les administrateurs.
Grâce à cette application, le client pourra garder un oeil sur l’avancement de ses plaintes et constatera par lui-même le suivi et traitement appliqué par Bessa Promotion Immobilière.

NB : Il s’agit du lancement d’une application qui a pour but de donner aux clients toutes les fonctionnalités nécessaires pour avoir un suivi efficace et détaillé sur l’avancement de son projet immobilier.
