Apple said my payment does not renew for 10 more days and that my subscription is current, yet I cannot save the file. Also, the feedback/help section where you message the company if you have a problem DOES NOT WORK. You cannot contact the developer. Thanks. ### 1/5 — Payment taken but app doesn’t work *2020-11-30* Fairly good app. But as soon as you agree to $5 MONTHLY payment not a one time payment but monthly payment of $5 even with such high fees the app stops working. You can’t print, email or even save whatever bill of sale your working on this app becomes junk. I have tried using the app on my iPad mini, iPhone X, iPhone 12 same problem on all my devices. ### 1/5 — Can’t save anything and can’t send messages through app *2020-11-24* I recently bought the $4.99 per month version. I went to get a Bill of Sale today for my customer, but was unable to save it, and it asked me to purchase it again, when I tried to purchase it again, it said that I already purchased it and it expires on Dec 17th. So I can’t do anything on it, I can’t reach out to Customer Service.
