## What is My Bio Age?

My Bio Age turns your Apple Health data into clear, actionable biological age insights, all computed on your device. Now with an on-device AI Coach that answers your health questions using local artificial intelligence.

Your comprehensive MyBioAge Index™ combines 12 core health metrics; VO₂max, HRV, Recovery Capacity, Resting HR, Walking HR, Sleep Duration & Regularity, Active Energy, and more; into a single biological age score. Every Monday morning, you'll get an in-app digest highlighting what changed and why. Premium iOS 26 design, elegant charts, and privacy by default.

On-device AI Coach - Ask questions about your health data and get instant, personalized insights powered by AI running entirely on your iPhone. No servers, no cloud, complete privacy. Ask "What's my current VO₂max?", "Why did my HRV drop?", "How can I improve sleep?", or "What changed this week?" and get natural, easy-to-understand answers based on your actual health history.

Know your biological age - MyBioAge Index™ combines 12 scientifically-weighted health metrics to give you a comprehensive biological age estimate based on your actual health data.

Key Metrics Dashboard - Four essential metrics displayed in an elegant visualization: Recovery Capacity (cardiovascular recovery readiness), Training Load (activity balance with zone indicators), Stress Resilience (how well your body handles stress), and Circadian Alignment (daily rhythm health). Tap any metric for detailed breakdowns showing exactly what's driving each score.

Apple Watch companion - Glanceable bio age on your wrist.

Monday morning insights - A clean, in-app digest arrives every Monday at 10 AM, summarizing Mon-Sun changes and top drivers (e.g., "↑ HRV," "↓ Sleep").

Reasons, not just numbers - See which metrics moved your biological age up or down so you can act with confidence. The AI Chat Assistant can explain why changes happened and what actions to take.

Advanced precision - Track Blood Pressure with an external monitor for enhanced accuracy. BP adds 10% additional weight when available—purely additive, no penalty if not tracked.

Pacemaker support - Specialized mode for pacemaker users that excludes fixed HRV values and intelligently redistributes weight to other cardiovascular metrics.

Pace of aging - Track how fast you're aging relative to chronological time with 12-week comparisons and 24-week rolling averages.

Full-fidelity charts - Beautiful, scrollable charts for VO₂max, HRV (SDNN), Resting HR, Walking HR, Sleep, Recovery Capacity, and more straight from Apple Health.

Privacy-maximal - All data and AI processing stays on your device. Zero servers, zero cloud storage, zero analytics. Your health conversations never leave your iPhone. You control everything.

### 3/5 — Decent free app, but laggy

*2026-07-29*

Very laggy scrolling even on a new iPhone 17 Pro with latest OS. Make it faster and also maybe remind to take blood pressure or other missing data if that was recorded before but not taken in a while.

**Developer response:** Will look at improving the scrolling and reminders for BP is coming very soon

### 4/5 — Does what it says, but…

*2026-05-19*

I was looking for an app that would approximate my biological age à la Whoop, without the price tag, and this app does just that. It seems like the team is just a solo dev, so thanks for developing a good app and releasing it for free.

My only gripe is that I wish I could interact with the AI. The templates are a good starting point, but I wish I could ask my own follow up questions. If I’m chewing up my memory to store the AI, I want to be able to use it more fully!

### 2/5 — Incorrect

*2026-04-21*

Sleep data is incorrect making the rest of the data incorrect.

**Developer response:** Fix incoming in a few days, thanks for the patience here.

### 3/5 — Sleep data not syncing

*2026-04-10*

Apple Watch sleep data is not syncing correctly with bio age….apple data averages 7.5 hours / night for pay 6 months. Bio age average is 5 hours. Is that low number affecting my bio age??

**Developer response:** Fix incoming in a few days, thanks for your patience here.

### 3/5 — Very promising app

*2026-03-06*

At the time of this review, this is a brand new app. I found it by accident, and really like it. It is simple, and does what it says. The age does not seem to be dramatically optimistic like some other more commercial apps I’ve tried. (I was actually a little depressed when I first got my number, because I guess I’ve been used to the “you look so much younger than your age“ apps.

The app is new and has some growing pains for me. It repeatedly shows my age to be around 35 (i’m in my 50s) on the Apple Watch version, unless I actually have the Phone app open, in which case it will correct to my real number for a while, and then eventually revert back to 35. The recent app update says this has been fixed, but it is still a problem for me.

Also, when I installed both AI engines my phone crashed repeatedly when using the app, even though I have over 100 GB of free space (on an iPhone 16). When I deleted the bigger more advanced AI model this problem went away.

Anyway, these are problems of an early app, which I’m sure will resolve. This is a great app that I’m very glad is being developed.

UPDATE: two months later, and I’m deleting this app. No meaningful improvements in two months, and doesn’t seem to provide much meaningful, actionable information that I can trust. Maybe I’ll download it again in a year or two and see if it’s something more useful.

### 5/5 — Clear & simple interface for free

*2026-02-02*

Excellent app, no excessive input, just a quick sync to your existing health data and you get everything

A really great app with a very good accuracy, a needed insight for your overall health.

Small Bug Fixes and Improvements

### 1.0.19 — 2025-12-17

New Key Metrics: Stress Resilience & Circadian Alignment

Two New Health Metrics
We've added two powerful new metrics to help you understand your body's stress response and daily rhythm alignment:

• **Stress Resilience** (0-100): Measures how well your body handles and recovers from stress. Combines HRV patterns, recovery trends, sleep quality, and activity balance to give you a comprehensive view of your stress adaptation capacity.

• **Circadian Alignment** (0-100): Tracks how well your daily rhythms align with your body's natural clock. Analyzes sleep timing consistency, wake patterns, temperature rhythms, and activity timing to score your circadian health.

Redesigned Dashboard
• **Standalone Recovery Ring**: Recovery Capacity now displays as a prominent standalone ring at the top of Key Metrics
• **Training Load Card**: Full training load visualization with zone indicator in its own dedicated card
• **Insight Row Cards**: Stress Resilience and Circadian Alignment displayed as compact, color-coded row cards for quick status checks
• **Cleaner Layout**: Removed "Insights" heading for a more streamlined dashboard experience

Detailed Metric Views
Each new metric includes a comprehensive detail view:
• **Score with Status**: Large score display with Ready/Moderate/Limited status
• **"What is..." Dropdown**: Educational explanation of what the metric measures
• **Component Breakdown**: See exactly which signals contribute to your score (HRV patterns, sleep quality, temperature stability, etc.)
• **Trend Charts**: 14-day, 3-month, and 6-month trend visualization with segmented picker
• **Personalized Guidance**: Actionable recommendations based on your current score

Enhanced Trend Visualization
• **Training Load Trends**: Now shows colored zone backgrounds (red/yellow/green) in trend charts for instant visual feedback
• **Recovery Trends**: Zone-colored backgrounds showing Ready/Moderate/Limited ranges
• **Consistent Design**: All four key metrics (Recovery, Training Load, Stress Resilience, Circadian Alignment) now share the same trend chart design with 14-day, 3-month, and 6-month views
