## Most critical reviews (8 lowest-rated)

### 2/5 — Incorrect

*2026-04-21*

Sleep data is incorrect making the rest of the data incorrect.

**Developer response:** Fix incoming in a few days, thanks for the patience here.

### 3/5 — Decent free app, but laggy

*2026-07-29*

Very laggy scrolling even on a new iPhone 17 Pro with latest OS. Make it faster and also maybe remind to take blood pressure or other missing data if that was recorded before but not taken in a while.

**Developer response:** Will look at improving the scrolling and reminders for BP is coming very soon

### 3/5 — Sleep data not syncing

*2026-04-10*

Apple Watch sleep data is not syncing correctly with bio age….apple data averages 7.5 hours / night for pay 6 months. Bio age average is 5 hours. Is that low number affecting my bio age??

**Developer response:** Fix incoming in a few days, thanks for your patience here.

### 3/5 — Very promising app

*2026-03-06*

At the time of this review, this is a brand new app. I found it by accident, and really like it. It is simple, and does what it says. The age does not seem to be dramatically optimistic like some other more commercial apps I’ve tried. (I was actually a little depressed when I first got my number, because I guess I’ve been used to the “you look so much younger than your age“ apps.

The app is new and has some growing pains for me. It repeatedly shows my age to be around 35 (i’m in my 50s) on the Apple Watch version, unless I actually have the Phone app open, in which case it will correct to my real number for a while, and then eventually revert back to 35. The recent app update says this has been fixed, but it is still a problem for me.

Also, when I installed both AI engines my phone crashed repeatedly when using the app, even though I have over 100 GB of free space (on an iPhone 16). When I deleted the bigger more advanced AI model this problem went away.

Anyway, these are problems of an early app, which I’m sure will resolve. This is a great app that I’m very glad is being developed.

UPDATE: two months later, and I’m deleting this app. No meaningful improvements in two months, and doesn’t seem to provide much meaningful, actionable information that I can trust. Maybe I’ll download it again in a year or two and see if it’s something more useful.

### 4/5 — Does what it says, but…

*2026-05-19*

I was looking for an app that would approximate my biological age à la Whoop, without the price tag, and this app does just that. It seems like the team is just a solo dev, so thanks for developing a good app and releasing it for free.

My only gripe is that I wish I could interact with the AI. The templates are a good starting point, but I wish I could ask my own follow up questions. If I’m chewing up my memory to store the AI, I want to be able to use it more fully!

### 5/5 — Clear & simple interface for free

*2026-02-02*

Excellent app, no excessive input, just a quick sync to your existing health data and you get everything

### 5/5 — Solid calculations!

*2025-12-10*

A really great app with a very good accuracy, a needed insight for your overall health.
