This bank is a scam. They do not let depositors withdraw their money

This app doesn't do sh**. They claim you can do transfers which is obviously incorrect.Even messages are disabled. If you're really lucky you would be able to check your balances every now and then.

Through an application , you must be able to check all transaction occurred under every account , which is not the case , for instance the offshore account .
Also account must be properly classified by nature , which also is not the case for an example a blocked account is considered as others instead of being classified under long term deposit account . Plus for such account we can’t also trace the statement of account .Such matter must be improved and adjusted as we were not facing such with other application related to other banks .

The new update looks much better than the old app! Refreshing to see a more "modern" design.

Dev feedback:
- transitions are slow
- feedback time from clicking on a button was slow. I thought it wasn't working and would click multiple times

The latest update is awesome. What I like the most is the OTP automatically appearing on my keyboard and the Lucky to be young interface!

Surprising update to the obsolete app

- The new interface is beautiful, light and responsive
- You can now sign in and stay signed in even after leaving the app by enabling Touch ID (fingerprint)
- Seeing all your bank accounts and transactions all in one place is very productive and save you the trouble of going to the crowded bank
- Asking questions by message also saves time (latest version seems to return errors when submitting though)
- You can check other information like cards features and loan services

What can be improved:
- Add a dashboard for investment accounts
- Add info about account tariffs and interests calculation
- The “Login” button should be above the “Resend OTP” button because when you enter the OTP the keyboard must be hidden to press login after which takes more time

Great to see a bank live up to the standards of younger consumer habits

One of the best designed banking apps i have seen, it is so fresh, colorful, making the user experience much better than any other banking app. 

The apple watch feature is very nice, new features are amazing.
