When I click on a game entry, I expect to see the cover of what I’m searching for instead of user photos pulled from BGG. That would make filling out my collection less confusing and frustrating. 2. The barcode scanner is practically useless and I had to manually search for EVERYTHING to put it in my collection. Fix this and it’s a perfect app for me. ### 4/5 — Great app and good price *2022-12-26, version v2.2.3* Real good app to manage collection, wishlist and the random selection is nice to pick a game to play. On the down side it crashed many time when syncing to BGG or when searching images. Also it would be good to remove expension from the shuffle option. ### 4/5 — Great for game collection organization *2021-04-29, version v2.0.0* I love that I can find any game in this app and organize my collection and my wishlist. ### 4/5 — Fantastic, But Needs Some QoL Updates *2021-04-26, version 1.5.1* This is a really handy tool to collect, organize, and display your boRd game collection. The interface with other tools such as YouTube and BoardGameGeek are fantastic. I’d love some quality of life (QoL) changes though: •The major one is the ability to collapse or otherwise nest game expansions and promos within the base game. For some games like Hero Realms or Terraforming Mars there are a dozen expansions, all of which take up very valuable screen space, and make scrolling through a collection painful. Yes it’s important to see these expansions, but not all the time. (This is the one keeping me from rating the app 5 stars.) • Currently the app doesn’t adjust text size with the device, or have a manual slider. I’d like to see smaller text, as some games have long names, and some folks have good eyes. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Database not working *2024-01-06, version v2.2.3* I really like this app but the searching of the database has completely stopped functioning which renders this app useless. Please fix & I will update my review. ### 2/5 — Wont Work Correctly now *2025-08-13, version v3.3.0* I used to love this app. I could keep track of all my games and play sessions. But since all of the adds it freezes kicks me out and wont let me add my sessions. Also no chance to go add free. Was 5 stars before the adds but had to drop it down since. Wouldn’t mind if it was board game adds to find out about games i might not have heard about and i understand the need for them for whoever made the app but … ### 2/5 — Not syncing with collection *2024-07-13, version v2.2.3* I love the search tools and even paid for the premium to remove ads but I am unable to get the app to sync with my collection. Love the randomizer too. However, too many games crash the app when being added to list AND sync with BGG doesn’t work. Please email us with instruction on how to trigger the issue, so we can fix it. ### 3/5 — Great Concept, Difficult to share… *2021-07-16, version v2.0.9* I just got the app, several of our board game friends downloaded it too… The feature of sharing our board game collections with one another was a peak interest, but we are unable to create user ID’s… When I type a user ID in the box the letters do not appear; the cursor moves across the box but nothing happens… If I try to share my collection the text message doesn’t have a link and the user ID doesn’t show up either… not sure where the glitch is at but other than this I am excited to get to use it. ### 3/5 — Lost My Lists After Cloud Sync *2021-05-03, version v2.0.0* Been using this app for a few months since I started collecting board games in January 2021. Once I attempted to log in to backup my data via cloud sync my lists are completely gone. Major Bummer but can always redo. Decent game information. 3. Has minimal search features Cons: 1. Limited search options 2. To many ads and app doesn’t support enough search options to upgrade to paid 3. Limited use. Better apps for everything else except search. The one thing this app could have going for it, is very limited. The search option is clunky and minimal. I would like the ability to search by game complexity, mechanics, theme, or type. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Great App *2025-12-14, version v3.4.3* An amazing app that I’ve used to catalogue all my board games. Love having different customizable categories and tags for filtering searches in my collection. Quite a few of my games I thought for sure I wouldn’t be able to find in the search database but to my surprise a lot of obscure games are in there!
