## What is My Body Log?

We all get small aches and pains - My Body Log is a quick and easy way to record when they happen, so that you can see when they started and have a record of how they progress over time.

This free app does NOT provide advice - it just lets you log what happens.

It is genuinely free: no ads, no data collection, no analytics. Your data stays entirely in your Apple account. I built this for myself and thought others might find it useful. There's an optional tip jar, but it doesn't change anything about how the app works.

You log what happened, and in addition you can optionally log:
* How it is on a scale of 1-10
* Which part of your body it happened to
* What caused it (triggers)
* When it happened
* How long it lasted for
* Any additional notes
* Up to four photos or short videos.

You can also set a reminder to ask yourself how things are in a day, a week, a month or a year. Selected items can be logged to Apple Health.

Want to log things that happen to someone else, or a pet?  You can set up multiple profiles to log for different people or very good dogs (or cats).
