Then another ad 2 minutes into playing. It just feels greedy and annoying, it doesn't give me a good game experience at all and I've found myself switching to a different game within 5 minutes of playing every time I get on. I'm very close to deleting it. No entertainment is worth sitting through a million ads. Don't forget that when you make a game for people to play, it's to entertain the people. You can earn money from your games IF it's a good game and you EARN our loyalty and joy. You aren't earning my loyalty or joy by flooding my brain with ads when I'm trying to relax and play a game. But there are a few things that just annoy me. Some are bugs, some are just a little things that I dislike. Like lately, this one boo is constantly getting stuck behind a particular house. So I pick the house up and place it back down. The boo is now free from behind the house, and I can interact with it, but it just goes back behind the house somehow. This also happens with some other boos in front of the house. Except those boos are somehow stuck of the path and can’t move? I can’t even move the pathways. Another thing is how unbelievably hard it is to expand! It costs so many shovels to go a single plot farther in! And there’s no way to get shovels besides waiting for them to spawn so you can pick them up. If you can’t get shovels then you can pay with diamonds. But diamonds also take a long time to get, if your not willing to pay with real money. So this last one though, is extremely frustrating. This one boo that is in my market, has been asking for popcorn and a gingerbread cookie since I was like level 10. (I’m level 22 now). I thought that the gingerbread looking building that was far into the town was the way to make the gingerbread cookies. But it turns out it’s only a house for boos to live in. I finally said screw it, and used at least 135 diamonds to make it to the house for this realization. I’ve been to the npc’s town and seen some buildings and decorations indicating seasonal updates. So I finally figured, maybe the gingerbread cookie is seasonal. It would make sense right? I can get whatever building I need once the right season rolls around. The only problem is, the seasonal updates don’t come out. I don’t know how old this game is, but it seems the creators don’t care enough to bring us these updates anymore. Now, I could very much be wrong. The way I play games is: get the game, get addicted to the game, get bored of the game, stop playing the game, play the game again, get addicted, etc. this applies to ALL games. Even gaming platforms like Roblox where there’s so much to do. So I suppose the updates could come out and I simply don’t realize, but you’d think I would by now. I’m sorry for the rant, I despise myself for getting like this sometimes. But it makes me slightly sad I can’t enjoy the game to the fullest. There was nothing here. No choice to make, no path to follow, just an empty broom closet. No reason to still be here. It was baffling that Stanley was still just sitting around in the broom closet. He wasn't even doing anything, at least if there were something to interact with he'd be justified in some way. As it is, he's literally just standing there, doing sweet FA. Are you...are you really still in the broom closet? Standing around doing nothing? Why? Please offer me some explanation here; I'm genuinely confused. You do realize that there's no choice or anything in here, right? If I had said, 'Stanley walked past the broom closet,' at least you would have a reason for exploring it to find out. But it didn't even occur to me because literally this closet is of absolutely no significance to the story whatsoever. I would have never thought to mention it. Maybe to you, this is somehow its own branching path. Maybe, when you go talk about this with your friends, you'll say: "OH, DID U GET THE BROOM CLOSET ENDING? THEB ROOM CLOSET ENDING WAS MY FAVRITE!1 XD"...I hope your friends find this concerning. Stanley was fat and ugly and really, really stupid. He probably only got his job because of a family connection; that's how stupid he is. That, or with drug money. Also, Stanley is addicted to drugs and hookers. Well, I've come to a very definite conclusion about what's happening right now. You're dead. You got to this broom closet, explored it a bit, and were just about to leave because there's nothing here, when a physical malady of some sort shut down your central nervous system and you collapsed on the keyboard / in front of your screen. Well, in a situation like this, the responsible thing is to alert someone nearby so as to ensure that your body is taken care of before it begins to decompose. HELLO?! ANYONE WHO HAPPENS TO BE NEARBY!! THE PERSON AT THIS COMPUTER IS DEAD!! HE OR SHE HAS / THEY HAVE FALLEN PREY TO TO ANY NUMBER OF YOUR COUNTLESS HUMAN PHYSIOLOGICAL VULNERABILITIES. IT'S INDICATIVE TO THE LONG-TERM SUSTAINABILITY OF YOUR SPECIES. There is so much to love! First, my boo town is a great game for kids 7-12. It is a game where you farm, build, design, and sell in game foods and goods. The mini games are fun, the ads are only appear sometimes compared to some other games I play and the game is well designed and executed great. The only thing I would change is the way you use gems. It is very easy to spend your gems without knowing for something you don’t even want. A confirm button would be amazing. I’m not the farthest into the game but so far my experience has been amazing and I would recommend for kids who love to farm and trade. The mini games are very much like the original my boo game and I have enjoyed it the whole time in my experience.
