Still doesn’t fit the screen on my iPhone! So frustrating! Please update again so I can see all the info! ### 2/5 — Used to be good *2021-06-02, version 2.3.5* I loved this app but now it deletes clients and appointments now. I bought a paper book. Thank you for your patients as we bring this app up to date. ### 2/5 — List of contacts and appts deleted *2020-03-10, version 2.3.1* This app has worked pretty perfectly for the last 7 years, however in the last week, I’ve lost over $20k in appts, screwing up my accounting, from previous years and tons of my clients are being deleted every time I open the app. I’ve reached out 3 times already. Please advise or fix the huge glitch! ### 3/5 — Great but falls short in areas *2019-11-03, version 2.3.1* I’ve been using this app for 2 years and it’s just ok. Not great at all. There needs to be a way to allocate tips, retail and total for services for each transaction. Instead, there is just 1 form for “price”. This has to change! Another thing that I wish it did was client retention & referral program. As of right now, all that information has to go into the client’s “notes”. This is a huge factor in stylists’ growth. I wish the creators would change this. Finally for income, there needs to be a area where you can specify cash, cards, check and tips!!! This is huge people! Major design flaw here and it’s a simple fix. Please consider my suggestions. I had to get a brand new phone because I cracked my old phone and it was old so I got a new phone and now I cannot restore. I even had my back up like they tell you to do but they no longer go to any other device save yourself some stress find another app these people are obviously not in business anymore because they’re not answering my emails for 4 months. New phone System is coming out need updates to go with it. Will give 5 stars after the updates. Will be nice if you Could of added tips, cash ,check, or card payments too. And send a reminder to clients also. Syncing between iPad and iPhone should do better. Instead of always having to back up. Use your app for a very long time and was loving it. The latest update is messed up. You have to go around the long way to put a new client in, there is no history for clients now, and I’ve had people disappear. In 25years of doing hair, I can count on one hand how many times I double booked or forgot to put someone in. In the past week, it’s happened twice. I had to buy a paper book to be sure it doesn’t happen again. So frustrating. No response when I emailed them. ### 1/5 — Recent update *2021-01-31, version 2.3.4* This recent update is horrible. It’s not letting me book appointment from my appointment book only from client list. Yes. I’ve done my back ups. I have an iPhone. When I updated to iOS14 then iOS14.2 I lost all of my color formulas for my clients hair! Also I can no longer call my client from the date,schedule and time from they were coming in. Instead of dialing their number it crashes! It gives me the app logo My Book of Clients. I have emailed the developers several times and not heard back. This is the only reason I felt I had to come and do this way. When all attempts on my side of trying to restore it failed. I felt like had other option. So far no problem always in hand easy to access use and set . Only issue I have found and it’s no a biggie it’s to adjust for the screen on the calendar or dates selection part. That I don’t see part of the top or the bottom part . And it’s a little hassle to move or select from dates to month. But besides that it’s the best app for appointment scheduled that I’ve had so for. It is really a decent app but when scheduling appointments it's a headache adding a client. I don’t know why they wouldn’t make it allowing you the ability to just type in a the clients name. Them having to be in your contacts or searching for them- it’s just a headache. A lot of times I don’t want to use the app just because of that. Come on... You all know we are all about convenience and the less time we have to spend finding a client or if they are new we have to create a contact for them in our phone before we can add them to our scheduler in the app?!??! There is an issue with your app. I can’t contact you via app and it’s showing money earned for Dec 2019 which hasn’t happened yet. Please fix. Apple IOS 12.1.2. I love this app! It's syncs with contacts, can add services to expand the list, dates and best of all the tracking of money for day week and end of month! I can now schedule clients anywhere I am instead of being tied to a paper calendar.
