Deleted o e set of data from 1 league and all leagues deleted after restart. All data gone. Demand a refund. **Developer response:** Please use the latest version. Paid for ultra on both platforms and they can’t even be synced with one another. App works well, interface is a little obtuse, but I’d be a fan if I could sync between my iPad and my phone. ### 2/5 — No customer help *2023-10-10* I was using this app to help my son know the history of his bowling. I saw that there were pin placement options as well. When I download the initial app there were not any pin placement sets for me to use so I purchased the top end addition to be able to use the pin placement and nope, no pin placement addition. I contact the vendor and no response (as expected). This is a good app to keep score but the additional options are not present. **Developer response:** Please read the FAQ. Had to load another app just to track scores and that one sucked, would only do 6 frames at a time and then you would have to start over and it only wanted to save to FaceBook or your Photos. I am planning to upgrade to pro/ultra version, but there’s one thing holding me back. On iPhone XR you are unable to see the balls have added. In a league and personally made a spreadsheet with everyone’s average for our league. This is very easy to use and you can make notes on it as well per game. Haven’t had one negative issue and hope it stays that way.
