Only downside is you have to log in every time you open the app and get a code sent to your phone every time . ### 3/5 — Economy provider. No chat option for that oft occurring issue when your survice is down you, still pay full price for every second. Basically, not unlike the entire Breezeline Company- it’s like a retired greeter at Walmart- unattractive, clumsy, and not especially customer friendly. ### 1/5 — This app is trying to steal your money. *2025-10-01, version 2.16.3* Try it: go in and try to schedule a payment. Hope you have the money in the bank, because Breezeline stole it from you weeks early. ### 1/5 — Useless and clunky *2025-09-14, version 2.16.2* Spent the whole weekend disconnected because I cant complete the payment through the app (keeps giving me an error message which doesnt tell you which field you are typing in the wrong format and instead just wipes all card address and name info which is extremely frustrating, I tried different cards) and the phone agents are not available on weekends on weekends. ### 1/5 — WORST *2025-09-14, version 2.16.2* This app is trash as the people who designed it. It keeps telling me my information is incorrect. So I have reset my password about 5 times now and I still can’t sign in. We signed up for Breezeline a few years ago when it was new in the area because a nice salesman came to our house saying how great the company was. We got a good initial deal. We even put up with the buffering when trying to stream videos. We only have 2 people in our household, and we do not use a ton of bandwidth. And every year, the price has gone up. In 3 years, the price is now more than 5x of what it was when we signed up. How do you get away with this? Also, new customers are getting a deal at less than a third of the price than I’m paying, plus a free phone service. It is impossible to get through to customer service to talk to them. The chat is outsourced to another country, and they say they can’t help cancel service and to call. Hey say if we call, they will offer us a better deal. So here is basically no point of the chat to exist. But if we call, it’s an EIGHT HOUR LONG WAIT. I’ve already wasted too much time trying to reach and reason with this company. It’s better to just block this company from being able to charge your credit card, and switch back to your previous internet service provider. ### 1/5 — They keep getting worse. *2026-04-01, version 2.17.6* Weren’t bad when they were Wow.
