My bSmart è la nuova piattaforma di servizi e contenuti digitali creata da bSmart Labs per studenti e insegnanti. Everytime the screen turns off the download of the book, which is really slow anyway, stops. Please make it downloadable on the background. This is turning into a nightmare.

Applicazione ancora molto immatura, in primis non supporta la risoluzione full screen sugli iPad Pro 11” 2018 (e siamo a metà 2020!) oltre al fastidioso bug di non deallocare le risorse: quando si cancellano i download, lo spazio occupato dai libri cancellati non diminuisce.

Purtroppo con il primo i-pad mini (che è il mio tablet per la scuola) non si apre neppure. Lo scorso anno ci metteva un'eternità e poi era lentissima , ma ora non va proprio. Peccato, perché il testo che ho scelto (sono un'insegnante) è molto valido, ma è un peccato che l'app non funzioni bene con TUTTI i dispositivi. Vi prego di sistemare le cose al più presto in modo da essere pienamente operativi per il nuovo anno scolastico (avreste potuto sistemare tutto durante l'estate, però !).

Ho un iPad Pro ultima generazione. L’applicazione non supporta la splitview, cosa che sarebbe molto utile. Potreste aggiungerla nel prossimo aggiornamento?
Nient’altro da dire, interfaccia molto facile e intuitiva.

I tutti i libri gli audio vanno solo con cuffie se uno non le ha non li ascolta. Questo per voi non è niente quindi per favore risolvete questo e darò 5 stelle. Solo questo conosco di grandi problemi sia io che diversi miei compagni. Vi ringrazio

Uso questa app su iPad Pro con Apple Pencil e la scrittura sulle pagine del testo è talmente lenta e a scatti che ci si impiega un’eternità. Cercate di migliorare, visto che è necessario poter eseguire i compiti senza perdere un sacco di tempo. Uso anche l’app Scuolabook per altri testi e funziona benissimo per la scrittura. Cercate di adeguarvi, per favore.

Inanzitutto c’è da dire che come app è adatta solo per essere utilizzata per leggere dei libri, poiché se si vuole prendere qualche appunto con la matita non si riesce perché il segno è tutto sfocato e non ha una minima sensibilità al tocco, e nella maggior parte dei casi, il segno che si ha disegnato si bugga e non si riesce a cancellare.
Per non dire dei continui crash che l'app ha, infatti se non si è connessi ad internet, dopo meno di 5 minuti l'app si chiude da sola.
