It’s complicated to use 👎 ### 1/5 — Mybt app *2024-11-01* The previous version was working well. Had a worst experience with recent update as follows; 1. It is taking more time to load and does not load at all sometimes. 2. Cannot or hardly switch to other account(family). That was the only reason for using this service so far and now the app became useless for me. 3. Would appreciate if we have alternative ways like email to fetch OTP, addition to phone number. This way the app user does not only has to be in Bhutan. 4. KYC form could not be completed as the OTP can only be fetched in phone number. There is wrong information in KYC form as well. 5. Data usage and balances are calculated worst and giving wrong informations. When 90% of data is being used, the app says 50% used. Thank you if you value this feedback. The feedback submitted through facebook and whatsapp messenger were ignored.
