What a great feature and what an absolutely useless app. App is all about trying to sell you BT’s overpriced services and is actually functionally terrible; what a pathetic waste of time. This app is worse than terrible! ### 1/5 — Martyn Dunt *2026-08-21, version 10.0.18* I have been a BT customer for 2 months now and they still haven’t resolved the issue of me not being able to register on the myBT app as it refuses to recognise my postcode even though they have promised to fix it after a lot of very long phone calls, rubbish! ### 3/5 — Authentication Issue *2026-08-20, version 10.0.18* There is an authentication issue when trying to view my outgoing calls via the App. If I want to view them via the Website, that works fine; the authentication token is correctly passed to the outgoing calls screen and I can see my calls. If I try exactly the same thing via the App, the authentication token does not get successfully passed to the outgoing calls screen and it asks me for my user name and password which it then fails to accept despite both being correct. There are two issues here. 1) The App should accept the authentication token sent to the outgoing calls screen. 2) The correct user name and password should be accepted by the outgoing calls screen in the App. Both these issues mean that I am unable to use the App to view my outgoing calls; I am forced to use the Website. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2026-08-19, version 10.0.18* I have recently rejoined BT after being with another broadband provider and need access on the app to activate security options and view my bills. The app does not load for me, I have tried it on two different devices, installed and uninstalled and still it will not work.
