A nightmare to untangle, and rewards were taken. Oh well just never order online again. Not worth the hassle of whatever one gets from any restaurant’s reward programs. ### 2/5 — Wonky as hell *2026-04-03, version 25.8.2* Keeps kicking me out forcing me to log back in. Has Apple Pay as a process but then says it can’t validate. The worst thing is the disappearing cart. There are other issues they know what they are. Not cool My Burger! ### 2/5 — Delivery System Is Flawed *2024-10-05, version 4.0.0* The delivery system seems to give the orders to DoorDash, but it doesn’t seem fully automated. I submitted an order with a correct address, but after a few calls from the driver, I was shown a completely incorrect address in the DoorDash system. Both the house number and street number had single letter typos that made it impossible for the driver to locate me. I have to assume the only way this would occur is a human poorly typing in the address given to the MyBurger app. ### 1/5 — Charged but order didn’t go through. *2024-08-11, version 1.1.1* Ordered through the app. Order went through Apple Pay, and I was charged. Store didn’t get the order. Waited at store for an hour for them to make the food. Store is aware of this issue as a frequent one. Where the flaw is, they aren’t sure. Also, I had to have a side. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Bad *2026-08-18, version 26.0.6* This app logs you out every single time you use it it’s so annoying then I have to log back in and when I tried to reset my password because I don’t remember it when I pressed the button to send me an email to reset it it didn’t even send me an email it’s so annoying bruh ### 1/5 — Phone number verification is flawed *2026-07-09, version 25.9.8* Someone has my phone number signed under their account. When I tried to sign up for the app it said my phone number was linked elsewhere. There is no other way to order if you don't have an alt phone number, and there is also no way to see what account name your number is tied to. I don't write reviews often at all- but this is so frustrating. When I asked for help at an actual store the staff stated they also can't access that, but are aware the app doesn't work well for anyone. ### 1/5 — Absolute trash *2026-05-06, version 25.8.5* Unable to create an account cause it says I have one already but then won’t let me login. Try to checkout as guest and errors out. Taking my money elsewhere. ### 1/5 — Made impossible to use *2025-11-11, version 25.6.0* The continuous pop-ups make ordering a challenge, then check out as a guest doesn’t work because it recognizes my phone number and then I am forced to sign in which I don’t want to do and then I don’t have my password and resetting it doesn’t work because the pop-ups continue to force me to acknowledge that I am going to login with a pre-existing account and so on round and round until I quit ### 1/5 — Good restaurant, terrible app *2025-07-22, version 25.4.3* When they send your delivery order to DoorDash and DoorDash cancels the order claiming someone else took it and then they never show up with it, there’s no way to get a refund or anything because MyBurger sends you to DoorDash and DoorDash sends you back to MyBurger, both stating it’s a third-party system and they can’t do anything about it. So last time I paid 30+ dollars for nothing and haven’t been able to get a refund. I used to order from them a lot but after this experience I wouldn’t get delivery again and I’d only ever get food when I’m in person in the area, so…rarely. ### 1/5 — Trying to order-!!!!!!! *2025-04-17, version 25.2.2* One star because ordering is a horror on their app!
