I’ve had this app since 2017 / 2019 (I think)… and it was fairly basic then, and just right for what I needed. But it’s like it’s evolved with my own evolution of desire and awareness for my cycle.
I just love where it’s gone now. And is so worth it. So easy to track too and add info in.
I can download a report for my doctor so easily.
It gives you info on what to expect.
Highly recommend just logging whenever you notice something. Maybe it’s cycle related, maybe it’s not.
