I’ll fix any issue. ### 3/5 — Promo video inaccurate *2025-04-27* Appears to be well designed, but developer states in promo video that no ads or subscriptions will be encountered, yet both pop up when you open app. No option to just purchase outright, with the typical automatically renewing subscriptin trap at $20/ year. Over the last 3 years, it’s grown tremendously. There are no ads or data tracking. There is a one time purchase option. The subscription option was added because people wanted a “trial” and per Apple, subscriptions are the only way to offer them. For me it’s been a balancing out, trying to make people happy, at least break even, and keep it high quality without ads. This is a payed app and should be advertised as such. **Developer response:** Sorry but thats not true. You can tap the X button in the top right corner of the paywall and see the tools that are available for free (there are quite a few). You can also access free tools directly from the paywall. There also is not a 7 day trial, it's 3 days as stated in the app. Please retry the app and let me know what you think of the free tools! I promise you that was unintentional and I will make it right! ### 1/5 — Used to be free with limited functionality; now no longer free *2025-10-11* App came in handy for the fringe cases where I’d need a fixation target or something else available for free, but now the app is subscription based and expensive. Classic rug pull **Developer response:** I’m sorry that you feel it was a “rug pull”. I had some features free but had to totally re-do the app for the Liquid Glass update and haven’t updated the free section. My priority was getting the paid users a perfect app on day 1 of iOS 18. I am an ophthalmologist and one-man team. I am constantly updating the app and changing things. I don’t mean to “rug pull” anyone, I’m really just experimenting with the app to try to make it high quality, no-ads, and self sustaining (I’m up to about 1K/month in expenses). It's all bugged frozen in a screen with an eyechart. Useless. Looking for a way to get my money back. **Developer response:** Please email me at Mullman@gmail.com. It should work fine, and I will work to get it correct on your phone. It should look exactly like the screenshots. Did you tap the top button that says “Letters”? That should bring up the drop-down menu with all of the options shown on the screenshots (and more). ### 3/5 — Slow to open *2025-11-12* Great app. But slow when opening app. Takes at least 20 seconds to load even with the skip sign in checked. I actually had to redesign the entire thing for the new liquid glass update. The upkeep for me the app is an approximately $1000 a month. There are zero ads or data tracking. Please email me at mullman@gmail.com though if you can’t afford the app. I’m hoping that the price point is reasonable for the doctors with new iPhones but I totally get weird situations happen where someone could really benefit from it has can’t afford it.
