I've called the app customer service and they told me to call Verizon, so I did and turns out this app isn't really compatible with the iPhone 8 plus phones at all! My phone is even updated to iOS 12 and it still doesn't allow me to open up any files within the app at all! I can see the message's and what they are called, but will not open the actual messages! ### 2/5 — Attachment HELP!?!? *2019-05-01, version 1.2.32* When messages are received that have attachments I am not able to open them. ### 1/5 — Only works half of the time *2018-11-15, version 1.2.32* Really great when it works, however, it does not work over half of the time. UI is much easier to use and it looks great on my iPhone 6.
