The message will appear on my home screen, but when I open the app, it is not there and never shows up. It is slow and confusing. It is much easier just to go to their site and take care of your business. There is a delay in getting messages and no way to manage the messages once they are received. There needs to be a way to delete past messages from the list; perhaps that is why it has become unstable and slow to load because every message I have ever received is still in the list. Let me delete old messages! *2016-01-22, version 1.2.2801* At first I was excited to have this one stop to view messages that I had sent using my two accounts. ( I have two churches.) And I was about to let my congregations know about this handy app. But after using it about a week I realize that I can't delete old messages. And it seems that's been the case for the past two years. So I'll be deleting it and waiting for this necessary update. ### 3/5 — Doesn't work for iPhone 8 phones *2019-05-02, version 1.2.32* This app doesn't let me view any PDF form's my son's School tries to send me. I've called the app customer service and they told me to call Verizon, so I did and turns out this app isn't really compatible with the iPhone 8 plus phones at all! My phone is even updated to iOS 12 and it still doesn't allow me to open up any files within the app at all! On my iPhone 7+, I got a message that using this app would slow down my device and that the developer needs to update the app. ### 3/5 — Good app, but needs work *2014-02-23, version 1.2.2801* The basic idea of a mobile app paralleling the phone service is a great idea. But... Transferring message data is very slow (almost like using 28kb dial-up), if the messages gets transferred at all. Today, all my messages (including one 6 mins old) displayed that the data wasn't available. I had to erase it from my phone and reinstall. Also, there is no control over old messages... I have messages that are months old presumably taking up space on my phone. (Deleting and reinstalling the app will not get rid of old messages.) I can live with the slow transfer, but the ever-growing pile of messages is becoming very annoying. UI is much easier to use and it looks great on my iPhone 6.
