Hundreds of ads popping up at timed intervals to almost guarantee an ad will be clicked on. I encountered 7 ads in the first few seconds of the app launching. The ambition of these developers to make money from ads is much greater than providing the customers like us with a quality product. They sneak this surgery app link in the middle of the game and will take you to the App store. There is no integrity in the makers of this app. I even bought the whole package for $5.99 thinking that it would COMPLETELY get rid of the ads, but it did NOT!!! Save yourself the frustration from all these apps made by Ninjafish Studios and look for honest developers that don't lie to the public.
