### 1/5 — Worse customer service ever

I got a car loan and I open a checking account to transfer money directly to the car payment and everything was great until I they mistakenly put the wrong account and router number and I called because days after since the money didn’t move from my checking to the loan payment and the lady that answered the phone wasn’t very helpful and she make and appointment for me at the location in commerce dr, I find out that she told the person that I spend more than an hour with her( was like 10 minutes) and the person that I have the appointment was careless and points that “i wasn’t cool to talk to her for an hour “!! , I asked for a pen and he said he don’t have one, they try to charge me for a late fee, because was my mistakes, the person there pointed more than three times treading me with no respect and he even looked at me aggressively when a ask if he was the manager, he said no, so I asked him to talk to the manager who was really nice, the person when to talk to others customers and my wife was in her way to pick up our children, they was with me,5 years old twins, and when I passed by the person who was taking care of me previously he give the “look” it was a really mean one,at that point I was thinking that I was in the wrong place and in a wrong credit union, I took me a couple days, to take a deep breath and write about it so there was a third person with no name tag she said about late fee changes that they have to do a living to, witch I totally understand but this is not the way and , I wasn’t late to pay I called to make sure payment when through and they said yes, I told them the money was still in my account etc etc . I just want to say that was the worst customer service I ever had. Thanks
