We will be rolling out a new improved "My Portal" app to replace My Care app on February 14th. As you are an existing user of My Care, you should be receiving an email explaining the changes. IOS auto fill doesn’t correctly work. Why do I need to always re-enter my Insurance info? It never changes. I just want to leave my DR a follow up note to my last appointment, but couldn’t figure out how too so made new appointment. Not to mention the first pages don’t even sync with your appointments. I’ve had Stanford and Bluecross apps and this is by far the worst one. You can never find what you need. Everything is scattered and disorganized all over the place. The patient portal should just be the only app but it’s not, you’ll log-in every single time you need to find a single item. **Developer response:** Apologies for any difficulties you experienced with having to login 3 times and the "syncing" issue you mentioned. Just show all the recent results instead of having to look at them one-by-one and starting over in results to view others. A reason I’d never patronize this hospital group or organization as this is representative of your org. I also love that I can check my health records and lab results in one place. The app makes it very convenient. It’s nice being able to easily compare my lab results from prior years. Also the labs and imaging is located in another dimension in within this app universe. We pay soooo much for medical bills and this is what we get. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2023-06-15* Tried to log in several times. I get a blank screen. Then I tried to contact them using their contact protocol. So what response do i I get? Login to the app to resolve the problem! Dignity Health Team ### 1/5 — Leaving dignity! This Crap App is the reason why! *2023-06-02* My care & my portal are the most useless apps I have ever seen. Please switch to epic my chart it talks to other hospitals in other areas that use that app trying to get my medical records or two separate emergency room visits out of the area has been a nightmare! getting a record faxed over to my main provider takes 7 to 10 business days. This is unacceptable. The original launch of these apps for Dignity was a disaster on the phone for over 10 hours because of a mess up on Dignity’s side. I am done ! Express Scripts has a problem with Dignity every time I try to get a prescription refill they never get it- humankindness starts with the technology that you have - throw it in the garbage and get the real deal. Don’t save money and waste your patients’ time. I am in the process of looking for a new provider, and the only providers I will accept will be ones that use my chart. The Dignity Health Team ### 1/5 — Useless App *2023-05-14* If you go to their website to schedule an appointment for let’s say a CT scan, they don’t have that option online. But they tell you to download “the app” to book appointments. App’s UI/UX is from late 2000’s. Registration process is not too long but interface is a bit confusing. And guess what… There’s a tab named “Appointments”, but there’s no option to book it. Why you guys lie to the users, literally waisting their time? For the app itself I’d probably give 3 stars, but for uselessness of it and for the confusion of the customers I gave 1 star just because there’s no “0”. How that big multi billion company isn’t able to take care of that simple thing? **Developer response:** We are so sorry that our app has caused you confusion and frustration.
