## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.4.5 — 2025-12-18

WHAT'S NEW IN VERSION 1.4.5

NEW FEATURE: DUPLICATE PRODUCTS

You can now duplicate products to have the same item registered at different stores with different prices. Perfect for comparing prices between supermarkets.

How it works:
- Go to Product Maintenance
- Select any product and choose "Duplicate"
- Change the price and select a different location
- The duplicated product is automatically saved

Practical example: Register "Whole Milk" at Target for $3.20 and at Walmart for $2.95. You'll always know where to shop for the best price.

IMPROVEMENTS IN EXPORT AND IMPORT

We have completely fixed the list export and import system:

- All fields are now exported correctly: price, location, brand, category, barcode, and image
- Import texts now respect your device's language
- No more messages always appearing in Spanish
- Greater reliability in data transfer between devices

IMPROVED IMAGE CACHE SYSTEM

Product images are now stored locally for better performance:

- View product images without internet connection
- Instant loading of lists with many products
- Lower mobile data consumption
- Smoother scrolling without flickering

QUICK NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION

Access product nutritional information directly from your shopping list:

- Information button next to each product
- Nutritional data from OpenFoodFacts
- Ingredient and allergen information
- Without leaving your current list

IMPORTANT FIXES

- Manual products with short names no longer disappear from lists
- Location and brand changes are reflected immediately
- Better stability with large lists
- Overall performance optimization
