Simply trying to report an issue and the map address function simply doesn’t work.   As an ex want manager if i let this out the door I would have been fired

Really disappointed by the lack of work. They keep saying they are working on a case for MONTHS and still not have done anything!

Excellent service, when requesting answers or submitting requests always completed within 48 hours, my request were, traffic lights on Date Palm, Graffiti in my neighborhood completed the same day of request, thank you Cathedral city app!!
