The My CB Wi-Fi App allows you to manage the Wi-Fi in your home that has a County Broadband fibre broadband service, anytime and anywhere through iPhone or iPad It can simply and securely change passwords, consult and customise connected devices, pause the internet, set access times, share credentials, diagnose and optimize the quality of your network and much more. Install and use the My CB Wi-Fi App for free on iPhones and iPads with iOS 12.3 or later to:- • control and customise the County Broadband Fiber Gateway router, the Smart Wi-Fi Extenders and the devices connected to them. • assess the quality of the Wi-Fi signal from any router it is connected to, without the need to login to the application. Activating the County Broadband Smart Wi-Fi functionality ensures better Internet service at home, making it easier to use. The choice of 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi networks to be used, in each location, by each device, is no longer necessary, as there is now only one intelligent and reliable network that allows mobility. Increasing the home's Wi-Fi coverage according to the needs of other services (television, videoconference, music, games, sensors, etc.) is easy and fast with Smart Wi-Fi Extenders that distribute the benefits of this technology throughout all rooms of the house . CHOOSE HOW YOU WANT TO LOG IN TO THE APP: • ENTER with Fiber Gateway administration credentials (see sticker on base). This mode is available when you are at home connected to your wireless network with the Wi-Fi credentials of your County Broadband access. Recommended for first access. • ACCESS WITH your County Broadband account login allows access from anywhere, inside (Wi-Fi and mobile network) and outside the home (mobile network). Cannot log in, App doesn’t work. Can’t do anything with it. ### 1/5 — App login broken *2024-11-29, version 1.0* Unable to login. Tried to delete and reinstall app but it still fails to login. ### 4/5 — It is actually ok… *2024-08-08, version 1.0* The app itself isn’t bad actually. It has most features that you would normally access through the router’s IP. The app don’t work on the first day for me, which (I think) was fixed by the router’s firmware updated that happened overnight. ### 1/5 — Can’t login *2024-05-31, version 1.0* Can’t login to the app, to even see if it solves my issue. So for the sake of giving others half a chance, don’t bother using the app, tech support is non existent too via the phone. The 1 star is probably because they have managed to name the app correctly. The app is broken. I wouldn’t bother downloading it. It does not let you log in and you just go around in circles. Needed the app to set up the WiFi extender that is not connecting to the router. Don’t worry though. You can try and call the company for tech support and get stuck in the endless loop of automated responses and never get to speak to anyone! Terrible! ### 1/5 — Seems to reflect the county broadband “experience” *2024-01-06, version 1.0* It does not work. Simply says incompatible and I purchased the WiFi extender. Also for some unknown reason you have to leave the app to login. Not sure how that is secure. If you did not read the reviews about County broadband the please do before signing up. I am one month into a two year contract (3 weeks downtime so far) and I am counting the days to terminate. ### 1/5 — M *2023-11-08, version 1.0* This is a terrible app. I can’t even login using my account details. The app doesn’t recognise them. County Broadband are a communications company yet their communication with their customers is simply nonexistent.
