Too slow customer service when you call for them
And get help 1 hour you wait on to transfer and anther 2 hours for them to answer your call this customer service online and phone slow and no good...fix your customer service and online banking help for everyone to enjoy using chinabank service slow and no good service ...bad rating

No idea why this app is rated so highly. This is so Typical. Filipinos can’t make an app work properly. Filipinos can’t do anything properly. No matter how many calls I make to Chinabank to fix this issue no one ever follows through with their promises to fix this issue. The app is garbage just like the Chinabank. Ridiculous. 

Here’s the error message I always receive when trying to log in. No one seems to want to fix this issue: 
“Something went wrong
We apologize for the inconvenience. We are currently unable to process your transaction due to an issue with the device registered in your account.
You may visit the nearest branch or contact us at
(632) 888-55-888, and our team will be happy to assist you. Thank you for your understanding.”

How can I sign up and view my credit card details when we cannot see the sign up option?

Everything else is good. But please add "lock card" function. To add more security to our card. So that we won't be hesitant in using it knowing that we can protect it.
