INTERNET security was one aspect of my work. I know a little bit about technology including interface design and security. I find the CDPHP APP interface less than user friendly. I do not find it easy to locate the details of my plan and its components. In particular I could not find anything about hearing care/hearing aids. What am I missing. I would like a new pair of hearing aids and would like access to an updated provider list. I then went onto the website on my computer and I was able to use the same username and password and was able to log on without a problem. I would not recommend this app. ### 1/5 — Sign in problems *2025-09-13, version 1.8.6* Every time you attempt to enter your username and password, it shows that the password is incorrect or keeps refreshing. The page prompting you to re-enter the password closing out. The app doesn’t seem to fix anything either.
