I tried logging in several times without any success using my username and password. I then went onto the website on my computer and I was able to use the same username and password and was able to log on without a problem. I would not recommend this app.

Every time you attempt to enter your username and password, it shows that the password is incorrect or keeps refreshing. The page prompting you to re-enter the password closing out. The app doesn’t seem to fix anything either. This is absolutely insane!

Seems like there is always a sign on issue, it just takes you in circles. The password you use on the website should be the same but that never seems to be synced to the app. Please fix this!

You can only get basic information from the app. If you’re looking for pre authorization info or claim info you have to go to the website.

When you first log in you can’t see what your typing.  Once logged in some of the stuff once again can’t be seen that you could click on.

I am a former Assistant Comptroller for NYS. INTERNET security was one aspect of my work. I know a little bit about technology including interface design and security. I find the CDPHP APP interface less than user friendly.  I do not find it easy to locate the details of my plan and its components. In particular I could not find anything about hearing care/hearing aids.
What am I missing. I would like a new pair of hearing aids and would like access to an updated provider list.

Once I sign in, it kicks me right out. So frustrating! I see no updates for the app on the App Store, no notes either on how to fix it. Help please!
