## What is My CEAP?

SUGBU 2026 is the official companion app for the CEAP National Convention 2026, gathering
Catholic educators from across the Philippines under this year's theme, "Charting a Constellation
of Hope."

This app is for registered delegates only — sign in with the email address used during
convention registration to unlock your personal convention experience.

Your QR-coded digital badge travels with you — no lanyard printing lines, no lost paper badges.
Present it at registration, sessions, and sponsor booths for instant check-in.

YOUR SCHEDULE, YOUR WAY
Browse the full convention program by day and track, then save sessions to My Sessions for a
personalized itinerary. Tap into any session for speaker details, room, and time.

LIVE POLLS & Q&A
Vote in real-time polls during plenary sessions and breakouts, and submit questions to speakers
without leaving your seat — see what your fellow delegates are asking.

CONVENTION PASSPORT
Visit sponsor booths and check in to meals to fill your digital passport, a light-hearted way to
explore everything the convention floor has to offer.

SPONSOR DIRECTORY
Browse this year's sponsors and exhibitors, view booth details, and connect with organizations

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

### 1.0.4 — 2026-09-17

Your current session on the Lock Screen, the souvenir guide in your pocket, and a clearer app throughout.

• Live Activities on iPhone: the session you are in appears on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and updates as the day moves. Tap it to open that session. Needs iOS 16.2 or later; the convention can switch it on and off.
• Your sponsor passport also rides on the Lock Screen, counting booths as you chart them.
• The souvenir guide — the programme, speakers and sponsors in one PDF — is now in Resources, ready to open the moment the convention publishes it.
• Resources now leads with what you can actually do today, and the materials list sits higher up the screen.
• Concurrent sessions: the one you chose at registration is marked as yours, and the others no longer offer a Save button they were never meant to have.
• A session can now carry the convention's own link — a sign-up form, a paper, a handout — right on its card.
• Easier to read: better contrast on buttons, headings and form hints across the app, and your certificate's reference number, dates and venue are legible at last, on screen and in the PDF you print.
• Every screen's back control now says "Back" instead of showing a bare arrow.
• Removing a notification asks first, and can be done with a button rather than a swipe.
• Pick your concurrent session in the app. Every track you still owe a seat in is on one screen, with the room, the time and how many seats are left — no trip to the registration site, and no password that probably belongs to whoever registered you.
• Passport: each day lists the meals that day actually serves, each meal card says which room it is in, and the booth tally no longer crowds the title.
• Saving a session is honest about what it is: where the seat is the organisers' to give, the app says so rather than offering a Save that only bookmarks.
• Home's Quick Access tiles each say what they are, and the four line up.
• A redesigned first launch, with the convention's own constellation charting your progress through it — and that same sky now carries unbroken from the splash into the app rather than restarting at every screen.

A friendlier, easier-to-read SUGBU 2026 ahead of the convention.

• Bigger, clearer text on every screen, with a warmer, more conversational tone throughout.
• Smoother animations and skeleton loading, so screens settle into place instead of spinning.
• Redesigned Schedule and session details, Badge, Passport, Photo Wall, More, Help and the set-up steps after sign-in.
• Tap any tab to return to the top of that screen; your schedule, passport and photos refresh as you switch.
• Passport: sponsor booths and meals are easier to read, your star map sparkles as you chart booths, and the share poster has a new look.
• Photo Wall: save any photo, report one, or delete your own, right from the full-screen view.
• Help now shows the convention's own questions and answers and the secretariat's contact details.
• Notifications open the screen they are about.
• Sponsors are listed in the order the convention sets.
• If your session expires, the app signs you out cleanly and brings you back to sign-in.
• The Badge, Passport and Photos tabs show a clearer preview of what you get when you sign in.
• After sign-in, the app shows what it is fetching and lights a star as each part is ready.
• An empty passport tells you how your first star gets charted.
• Home's countdown reads in plain words, and convention days count from one everywhere.
• Meals show a gold star seal once claimed, with the claim time.
• The CEAP story on the Photo Wall now comes from the convention team, with the built-in welcome poster as the fallback. Unwatched stories come first.
• Tapping your avatar opens your profile directly. The day badge appears only during the convention.
• Signing in from the email link goes through the setting-up screen like every other sign-in, and the bell waits until you are signed in.
• Each day's program is listed by clock time.
• iPhones now register for push notifications.
• Many smaller fixes to sign-in, polls, reminders and first-launch onboarding.
