Every day for a whole week we learn that the outage will be fixed tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and the outage is not resolved. No one to talk to and it’s painfully clear that this company doesn’t care about my business. I’ve been a customer for thirty years but no longer.

I am a brand-new CenturyLink customer as of this week, and unfortunately, the experience has been incredibly frustrating.

An existing account was transferred to me, and I have now called customer service eight times and used the online chat at least 12 times trying to resolve what should be a very simple issue: resetting the password on my modem. Despite spending hours trying to get help, the issue is still not resolved.

The app has been no better and has only added to the frustration. Each time I contact CenturyLink, I seem to start over with someone new, with no clear ownership of the problem or path to resolution.

As a new customer, this has been extremely discouraging. I expected a basic level of customer service and technical support, especially for something as routine as accessing and resetting equipment. After this many calls and chats without a resolution, CenturyLink seriously needs to reevaluate the customer experience and support it provides.

The service works fine until it doesn’t.  And, while it provides some online support, etc. the bottom line is if the problem can’t be solved by resetting your in-house modem…you’re in for a long wait for help.

Century link is horrible! It show you have full service but I end up having to use my 5G in order to get the internet. I have done multiple speed test I don’t get anywhere near 60 mbp.

Service has been going in and out for about 5 weeks. We had an appointment with service man last week and he never came and we were not notified the appointment was canceled. When I called  CL a couple hours after the appointment was scheduled and they told me it was canceled because service was fixed, I told them service was out again. My CL neighbors having same problem and were told it was in main box coming into our community. We thought it was fixed last week but have had problems off and on the past four days. Off again right now 4 pm on 8/8. We have been with you for many years and have had good service. That is the only reason we haven’t canceled yet. Please take care of our problems here in Trilogy at Power Ranch.
