Takes forever to log in, IF it even logs in. Works like 20% of the time. ### 1/5 — App wouldn’t open *2026-01-18, version 258.010.1* The app thing keeps turning and turning but never opens. It’s been over 6 months since this started. I have to always use their website on top of okta. It’s like operating 10 apps to get logged into one website ### 5/5 — Horrible *2025-12-21, version 258.010.1* This app is horrible. Can never get it to login. Then it’s blaming my network connection. I’ve tried numerous networks and none of them have problems with my other apps. You immediately get a page saying the page needs to be refreshed message that you have to initiate at least twice before actual access happens. Don’t try and access the email or the bookstore first because then you can’ t navigate back to the class. Pretty disappointing. ### 1/5 — Horrible update *2022-01-24, version 9.7* I have used the Chamberlain app for years, first with my BSN and now with my Masters. This update is awful and inconvenient. It sends me to the website every time I try to use it and requires a security code every time, even if I’ve used it recently. It’s glitchy and keeps prompting me to finish my application even though I’m already enrolled and two classes into the program. I absolutely hate this app now.
