La dernière mise à jour ne permet plus aux iPhones de se synchroniser avec la borne . Le problème existe depuis fin juillet et n’est pas résolu début septembre 2024. La seule solution proposée est de recharger dans la rue !

Ze hebben dan wel hun naam en logo van de app gehaald, dit product werd wel door Luminus verkocht als slimme laadoplossing! Al 2 jaar volledig onbruikbaar. Geen synchronisatie, sinds kort zelfs geen laadsessies meer starten of stoppen. Nul hulp of tegemoetkoming voor de klanten.

Synchronisations de l’app impossible, un service client Luminus incompétent puisque la société DIEGO d’où vient les bornes à problème POWERDALE n’arrive pas à régler le problème pour que ces bornes fonctionnes .
