I try to log in to my account it doesn’t let me it says password incorrect even tho I have it written down and double checked and the security answer to reset my password does the same I even screenshotted my security answer so I can keep in mind worst fkin app ever you guys needa do better

Not via mobile app nor via website don’t work registration! All time error comes. It means no way to refill card. (One month operator only). Strongly don’t advice this mobile operator!

Like everything related to communication in Canada, this app doesn’t work well. It’s a nightmare. Just pick another country to live! Here, communications ARE THE QORST but chatr and this app, are another while level of mediocrity l.

If I could put 0 I would definitely do! 
Trying to log in with correct information and I get the message that I put incorrect information! 
I tried to change the password for like 500 times and still wouldn’t allow me to save the new password! Tried to put my birthday on a question that I was asked but it didn’t work (couldn’t text but there was not a date to choose from either)!
Very frustrating!
Now I have to get my toddler and go and find a store near by to do my payment on time because they just don’t offer the comfort that they promise!

provided my credit card details to top up 5$ as soon as they got my credit card details i was signed up for a monthly payment of 25$

had to call to figure to cancel it l, and just too much drama to deal with. customer service is very bad and refund of the money god knows if it will happen. scam. if you are going to use to one month fine. more no. stay away.
