I even tried to simulate that puzzle with some chess engine and they are solving it using en passent move but this app is saying it as invalid move. ### 4/5 — Bug in level 04 *2024-08-09* There is a bug in MATE IN 5 level 04 .when i tried to complete level 04 on my iphone 14plus iam unable to move my piece after 2 moves and then the app freezes . ### 4/5 — I paid but still see ads *2023-03-14* I like this app. It occurs occasionally that it Presents insolvable problems. When this happens, it suggests that a draw was the appropriate solution. When this happens, one may use hints only to find that moves made and dismissed in prior iterations were in fact the recommended moves. You can’t turn back to last puzzle. Also after solving puzzle next puzzle comes instantly. Then got to a Mate in 2 puzzle that was impossible to mate in 2 moves only. 3 moves? Sure. I tried one move and on the first of 2 allotted moves it results in Black being stalemated. Thought “Ok, let me use a hint because there has to be some first move I’m missing.” Use hint and the hint move (which is supposed to be the first move you’re supposed to do in order to solve the puzzle) is the exact move I just did that result in statement. This app is a scam! Kafayı yedikten sonra stockfish ile baktım ve 4 hamlede mat olduğunu söyledi (bazıları yanlış kurgulanmış bazılarında geçerken alma ve rok atma yapılamadığından çözüm çıkmıyor) kısacası güzel bir uygulama ama eksikleri çok ### 3/5 — Fun, but a few rough edges *2016-12-10* The app looks good, it seems to have a ton of puzzles, and they're nicely varied. It seems silly that you can buy hints (I don't want hints, and if I did, the open-ended cost would put me off the app), but you can't pay to turn off ads (which I would be very happy to do). The other issue is that the app sometimes makes mistakes-- it will wrongly say a move is illegal, or that you've stalemated black when you actually checkmated them. If you try the same move a second time it works correctly.
