None of the issues others have had. Thought it was worth a shout out given my experience vs the other negative ones here. Have been using for a few months without issue. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-06-20, version 2.8.57* Can’t add my device without adding tank, and clicking complete button when adding tank does nothing. Unbelievably terrible app. Also when setting dimensions for tank, number pad covers fields and no way for me to enter number and be done. ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-06-20, version 2.8.57* Latest update removed all my data and devices and they can’t be setup again as the app is so buggy. Now have a very expensive light that can’t be used. ### 3/5 — App is a little dissapointing *2026-05-28, version 2.8.57* App has many bug and logs out randomly, the schedules are very limiting also and the sliding time setting is infuriating, it needs a plus minus on it like the colour settings. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-05-04* The auto feature doesn’t work. Completely glitchy. I have to relaunch the app at least 5 times to get it to connect properly with my lights. On this basis alone, but other competitive lights and avoid this until a permanent fix can be found. ### 1/5 — It shouldn’t be this Sifficult *2026-05-03* I’ve been running the Chihiros four head pump for about 2 months now and really want to love it, but this app is not letting that happen. Everything seemed to be working at first, but over the last 2+ weeks the Bluetooth loses connection with my phone and I lose the dosage accumulation and have to figure out how to reconnect the thing again. Maybe I need to set this up on my iPad because that never leaves the area of my tank. Regardless, I have many apps that use Bluetooth and none of the others has this issue. An update with a bug fix would go a long way to gathering more stars. ### 1/5 — Unstable and unusable *2026-05-02, version 2.8.45* The apps been unusable for the last few months and it will randomly log you out and servers won’t be able to log you back in. Terrible experience ### 1/5 — Unusable App *2026-05-02* I was logged out and can no longer log back in directly using my email, or link to Apple or Gmail. I also cannot reset my password.
