The manner in which it saves or doesn’t save information is poor, UI breaks when setting up info for the first time, technically I have autopay setup but I have no idea when it will bill and can’t change it and don’t want to try any harder because the UI is broken. ### 1/5 — App sucks *2026-05-09, version 2026.4.1* This app sucks. I’ve tried to create an account. It kept saying, “try again later.” Says it will send an email and it never does. It’s less stress to just call and talk to a real person to pay it. If you use Water Utility Management, LLC, I recommend paying through the website instead of relying on the app, as it’s unreliable and frustrating to set up. ### 1/5 — It’s DMV level bad *2025-11-29* This app operates like anything the government does. Slow, inefficient and frustrating to deal with.
