## What is My Close Circle?

My Close Circle is a small, private space you share with the people closest to you — a partner, family, or a couple of close friends.

Post what's happening. Reply, react, share photos and video. See what time it is where they are, and what the weather's doing there.

WHAT IT IS
• A shared feed for a handful of people, not an audience
• Photos and video kept together in one gallery
• Clocks for everyone's timezone, with weather and air quality
• Instants — a photo seen once, then gone
• Push notifications when someone posts or replies

WHAT IT ISN'T
• No public profiles, no followers, no likes from strangers
• No algorithm deciding what you see
• No advertising, and nothing you share is used to train anything

You join by invitation only. You can belong to more than one circle — a partner and a family group, say — and they stay completely separate.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.1.4 — 2026-10-11

Themes. Paper, Linen and Night — the whole app changes the moment you pick one, including the bar at the top.

Delete anything you wrote. Posts, photos, messages and notes, each with a confirmation that says plainly it goes for everyone in the circle.

Fixes: opening Shared no longer turns the camera on, photos taken on an iPhone show up everywhere, and a notification about something since deleted no longer opens an empty page.

### 1.1.3 — 2026-10-07

### 1.1.2 — 2026-10-02

Themes. Paper, Linen and Night — the whole app changes the moment you pick one, including the bar at the top.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-09-26

A new look. Warm paper, clearer type, and one colour that means "this is the button".

Four tabs and a compose button. Photos, instants, music and topics now live together under Shared, so the bar holds the places you actually go.

Circles. A circle can be a partner, family or a few close friends — each one sealed off from the others, with its own posts, chat and photos.

Chat takes photos now, and you can react to a message.

### 1.0.5 — 2026-09-24

Topics: a book, a series, a trip — something you work through together, a chapter at a time, so what you said about chapter three stays with chapter three.

Topics is now its own tab. The bar holds the four places you live in; Music, Live and Clocks moved into a menu, with room to breathe.

Notes take photos and video, and can be removed by whoever wrote them.

The Dynamic Island no longer covers anything it shouldn't.
