Many times, info was inaccurate and we were disappointed. ### 5/5 — Five *2026-03-20, version 10.11.0* Great staff we love Quentin, Thalia, and antia ### 5/5 — Amazing and helpful app, but needs a new feature *2026-03-18, version 10.11.0* The app is really helpful and we used it multiple times a day to plan our day, but one thing is missing, and that is a “Plan Your Day” tab. It would be extremely helpful to have a “Plan Your Day” feature in the app. Guests could select the activities and programs they want to attend during their stay and add them to a personal schedule. A simple “Add to My Day” button on each activity would make planning much easier. Currently, I find myself frequently going back to the main schedule just to remember what I wanted to do that day. The app could then include a “My Day” tab displaying a personalized daily schedule, with reminders sent 15 minutes before each activity starts. Bonus idea: During free time between selected activities, the app could suggest nearby or popular events, or allow guests to label that time (e.g., beach time, pool time, buffet, family time, etc.). This feature would greatly improve day planning, reduce friction, and help guests make the most of their experience. ### 5/5 — Extremely helpful *2026-03-14, version 10.11.0* When at Club Med this app will help assure that you have an excellent week ### 2/5 — Expected better service *2026-02-23, version 10.11.0* For a Club Med, I was expecting a better service. At the airport, we had to carry our luggage and walk out to find the driver when I would have expected him to wait inside to greet us and help us with luggage. We get to the club and get assigned the very last room in Aguamarina, room 340, where we could hear construction work from outside the resort. I asked for a different room, they said they would get back to us but we were completely ignored. As it turned out, that room was given to another family the day before we arrived but they complained as well and were swapped with us, knowing we reserved 6 months in advance!!! As to the food, it was average compared to other club meds, and the main restaurant is so noisy it feels like a school cafeteria, waiters were rude and clearly not happy doing their job. At the bar, the drinks had barely any alcohol in them. At the main beach area, you need to get there before 9 am or you would not find a chair to sit on, we had to put the towels on the sand and sit, and this is when you can get towels as those too are sometimes not available for 30 minutes! The good things about the club are the location, the beach and the clear water, the club for kids, the activities, and the GO team who were entertaining us every night. Food,drinks and service are outstanding. Great Massage by Roxanne was 5 star. Pool exercise by Etienne was great. Comfortable bed, clean room, housekeeping was outstanding. They have beverage service to the pool and beach now! Can’t wait to come back. Wonderful buffet & constant supply of snacks & drinks. I am vegan & vegetables were limited. I would have liked some GREEN, steamed broccoli. I really enjoyed the yoga, Pilates & stretch classes with Valerie. I went everyday. I found the environment cold. The bedroom was cold, the restaurant & everywhere inside the hotel. My boots were wet inside, from all the snow & there was no where to dry them. The boot room airer did not work. Unfortunately found the ski group too big. There were 16 people , so we left. That’s a shame because we have enjoyed the group ski previously. Ideally, there should be less than 10. This right now ranks as our fav due to the service and staff. The app is great for telling you all that is going on but really why sets club med apart is their crew. ### 4/5 — Fantastic stay *2026-01-16, version 10.10.1* Overall we had a fantastic stay. Our grandchildren 11,9,7 and 5 loved the ski lessons and entertainment and so did we. Only issue for us as a family were the time of the late performances aimed at children and the children were encouraged to go - starting from 8.30pm through to 9:30pm. This didn’t give enough time to get their normal 10-11 hour sleep resulting in major meltdowns and poor behaviour which were very challenging to work with. One night they sent them home with lollies at 9:30pm. The result was disastrous the next day. Tears meltdowns fighting over the lollies. Please reconsider children’s events to 7.30pm -8.30pm. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Disappointment at Club Med Columbus Isle *2026-06-28, version 10.13.0* I have been to various Club Med resorts over the span of 20 plus years. Sadly, this last experience did not represent the true club med ethos. Some examples which led to our disappointment include: low energy and vibe from the team ( aside from some individuals, the team members clearly were just going through a routine); young children( including infants) were present - I thought it was 11yrs. and older; the resort overall looked very “ tired” - ripped cushions etc, old graying towels and face cloths, steps in main areas in disrepair. Additionally, they placed us in rooms that were 1/5 mile from main areas. We requested to be relocated and despite an obvious low occupancy, they couldn’t do anything for a number of days and we would be in different areas. This was unacceptable, so we remained in original location. The beach and the water was the best aspect of this experience. It simply shows a blank screen urging the user to book something instead of allowing them to explore what is at the resort. Zul, Zikri, Sopie and Angela welcomed us into their team for the week, from teaching us new skills, celebrating in success, to joining us for lunches and dinners, we miss them already. We have enjoyed our time spent with all of the team including Nesh, Iore, Amir (arrows please) Hifidz and Lynn. The food was great and a massive thank you to your chiefs for not making me feel like I was a burden with my gluten allergy, Amir and Hong were more than happy to assist and even make food especially. The location is beautiful, the activities offered were all great, and the family atmosphere of the staff was great to be apart of forthe time we were there. The only downside was the hotel itself looking a little tired, but in a way this added to the charm of being in the jungle setting. As a family vacation, anniversary, mother daughter retreat and lastly with my son and his girlfriend for my birthday weekend. It always exceeds our expectations. Nicholas chef du village was fantastic. Alex food and beverage understands that food and snacks are essential to a good vacation, so he was always around making sure everything was tastefully presented. Maria at the Marché was also always around to make sure everything went smoothly. The app is also amazing and presents the daily programming, so you decide in which activities you want to participate. I would also recommend adding the hikes here We have travelled quite a bit and cruised, this is up there in our most favourite. We will definitely be back and look forward to the opening of Club Med Tremblant. I think it would also be beneficial to have Club Med resorts across Canada, so people can discover our beautiful country. However there is one hiccup à la réception. They should be more responsive.
