Very annoying bug. Says “Your resort program will be available soon for this category.” ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2022-05-24, version 5.83.6* The app will not let me log in with the credentials provided. Just stupid. Doesn’t make me feel great about booking with Club Med if they cannot get the app to work. ### 1/5 — Major changes = major failure *2022-05-22, version 5.83.6* I had the club med app last year for our trip and it was amazing, so I’ve had a lot to compare it to. The app they have no is absolutely terrible… No interactive map, actually no in app map at all! So better take a photo of the map board when you first arrive! Scrolling through the activity list is glitchy. It jumps around as you scroll or things are out of order. The time information for the restaurants are completely wrong. It says one thing in the brief description (completely incorrect times.) Once you click the actual restaurant it says something completely different in the description (which are the correct times) but then as you scroll for more info, it has a list of the days of the week, once again with completely incorrect time information! You can’t add anything to your schedule which was a feature I loved last year. Instead you have to keep jump scrolling through the daily itinerary you know you aren’t interested in to refind what you are interested in doing. No where did it have any of the dress code or specialty events listed. I would’ve participated in the dress code if I had known. The app automatically kicked me out from seeing any information about the schedule or times the morning of our final day. (Even though club med always you to stay there entire day you check out.) So when I woke up at 5am and wanted to see what time the breakfast started or check if morning yoga was still in the same area, I wasn’t able to see anything. Check out isn’t until 11am and I’m running blind on what’s available to me. Just overall way more difficult when compared to the app I remember last year. And even if this was the first time experiencing this app, I would give it a low rating. Too many glitches and misinformation listed. ### 1/5 — Bring back the old version! *2022-05-06, version 5.83.3* This thing is not ready for prime time. The practical info section is blank, travel dates are wrong, 502 gateway error in My Room section. It’s a mess. There is no ability to plan, explore or even plan one’s wardrobe in advance. Either Club Med flies by the seat of their pants and doesn’t plan ahead, or they have no respect for a travelers need to plan. There is no map of the resort (nor are there maps AT the resort), there is no way to register for activities through the app, the times for dining are not listed, and the schedule is not integrated with activities - if you click into an activity you like you have to “like” it then go look at the listed schedule to see what time it’s taking place. Also not all activities list a location. ### 1/5 — Whats the problem??? *2022-08-09, version 6.0.0* You had problems on the preview version of the app now it don’t even give the information of the status of your customer!!!!! It was great to be able to preview the resort schedule even before we got there. Once at the resort it was useful to be able to add activities to your schedule and the app gives you alerts so you don’t miss any of the fun. ### 5/5 — Perfect vacation companion *2017-05-20, version 2.76* Although I do wish the app included schedules for the daily activities like tennis and golf lessons, it's great for everything else. Also nice to have access to the schedule of all the activities from the phone. All the information about the restaurants, kids clubs, activities and so on is there. The only thing missing is the reservation option - wish i could just click and reserve a spa massage ;-) but overall it's a nice app. ### 4/5 — Great.... when it’s up to date!! *2018-01-06, version 2.83* eGOs... please keep your village updated!! This app is wonderful leading up to trips for knowing theme days/nights, activities, schedules, excursions, etc. It’s also really nice to look at the staff/GO page to learn more about the Chief and such. But this app is useless when it’s not up to date!!!! Come on guys. One fun & helpful item would be to add Crazy Sign videos. Would be nice to see them on off times, and/or get a preview before initial instructions on night one. ### 3/5 — Needs improvement *2018-07-29, version 2.86* We have been coming to Ixtapa for many many years now and have seen lots of changes since we were last here 7/17. Its gone very ‘green’ so downloading the app is a must. It does show the daily activities and dress code but not the nightly menu theme at El Encanto. That should definitely be added.
