### 1/5 — App Doesn’t Work, Developer Says Won’t Fix

My rating is by no means a reflection on Club USA. At all, they’re great. This app does not work properly if you’re logged into it. I get errors saying “not connected to Internet” and “your location doesn’t have any classes,” which I’ve discovered only happen if I log in to it. The developer refuses to speak directly with me to get more info (all my emails are going through the Club USA business office and they relay them to the developer). I’ve also offered to help them debug this, and they have refused to acknowledge this is a bug even though I’ve submitted full info and screenshots showing that it doesn’t work. They actually keep claiming “this isn’t a bug,” which is amusing. The standard “uninstall/reinstall and/or reboot” doesn’t work. I’m kind of flabbergasted a developer doesn’t want to fix their software, but whatever, I’ll just keep using the website instead of an app which doesn’t work.
