I would never suggest anyone to go for comway. They encourage you to take longer plans and then provide bad services. I have a fibre connection and the Internet is down almost every day. I have to raise a ticket every now and then and when u contact customer service all they say is technical issue.How can technical issues happen every day. I am just waiting for my plan to get over.will not advice anyone who works from home. Really Disappointing!!!! ### 1/5 — Bad *2022-01-13, version 1.15* Worst broadband. There was not even a single day when I did not face network problem. Been 4 days since I raised the last complaint and no one has contacted me so far. I called the customer care twice but all in vain. Yesterday the customer care executive said he’s escalating the matter. But when I didn’t receive any response neither my wifi was working I called the customer care again. When I called first, I waited to be connected to an executive for 20 minutes but no one answered. Then I called again and the wait time was almost the same rather more maybe. The operator said I was caller number 4 and then it kept on increasing and I was call number 16 in the waiting, I was still patient because I am unable to work from home due to poor wifi connection. So after a long wait, a guy finally answered my call. I told him that I have raised complaint 4 days ago but no one is resolving it. He then said what is the problem that you are facing 😑 I again told him that my wifi connection worked for 5 minutes and then it disconnects for another 3-4 hours. He asked me whether he can keep me on hold and I said yes. Guess what, he disconnected the call after around 30 seconds and no one called me back again. This is so painful to keep complaining every single day and not find a solution. Trust me, I was really really patient with you guys. I even recharged my phone for 50 GB data so that I can still work if the wifi doesn’t connect. Considering the lockdown and current situation, I thought I should give it a chance and not be harsh. But What does a customer care mean if they can not even call back and speak to the customers and help resolve their issues. I’m really disappointed. Why do I pay if I don’t get wifi or customer care services. I’m definitely getting it disconnected. ### 1/5 — Worst service *2020-05-28, version 1.1* from the day first i got worsed service. I will not recommend this comway connection rather than go for Exitel . worst experience ever they are not even responding and there is no solution .
