In my case the engine can be started but a drive gear cannot be selected. And leaking internal package names to users is so lazy it’s disrespectful. Support buttons don’t work. Tapping them doesn’t connect your call. And when you do phone up at 17:15 and go through the tedious stream of options, you’re told the support team shut up shop at 5 pm. ### 3/5 — Stop asking for me to rate your app! *2026-07-13, version 4.71.03* Every time I open the app I am asked to give a star rating and having done that, I am asked if I want to add a review. Every time, I give a star rating, reject the invitation to write a review, and am then allowed to access my journey information. I’m now tired of this inconvenience, hence accepting the invitation to write a review in the hope that you leave me in peace.
