Every time, I give a star rating, reject the invitation to write a review, and am then allowed to access my journey information. I’m now tired of this inconvenience, hence accepting the invitation to write a review in the hope that you leave me in peace. Sort it out! 😡 ### 2/5 — False alert nightmare *2026-06-26, version 4.71.03* Be prepared to deal with false alerts at least three times a week. Doesn’t show where vehicle currently is and i can only see where it was yesterday! The apple air tag in the vehicle is more accurate and current. Keeps occasionally freezing and can have delays in updating. If you transfer unit from one vehicle to another. Lousy, lazy error messages like this: Unable to complete the request Passwd invalid for application com.nexo.susan.be.model.Application@ c2febf5|code=CONNECTED_CAR,info= My connected car application| and login {username} : {password} With both your literal username and password dumped to the screen. And leaking internal package names to users is so lazy it’s disrespectful. Support buttons don’t work. Tapping them doesn’t connect your call. Geo fence is accurate and notifications are fast. One issue I have is that the vehicle is often stored for long periods, the tracker fob seems to eat batteries, I’ve tried most main stream battery manufacturers and they all have limited life. This is the fob that must beat like a heart with the vehicle to notify tracker that the vehicle is being moved safely. That aside I like the ability to see where the vehicle is at any time. I’ve now used/had this product for 7 years. Pre 20022: Unfortunately the notifications always seem to fail, deleting and re loading the app occasionally works for a short period. ### 5/5 — Rubbish app *2024-03-03, version 4.63.5* I am with Vodafone connect but the app is very difficult to use.
