It froze every time I would get to my third meal of the day and I would have to start over. I did everything the told me to do, uninstall, reinstall, but it never worked. Of course, it was my fault that I missed 3 consecutive days even though I’d been emailed since the first day I had problems with their app. So, I’m not eligible for the incentive. If your app is going to have this many problems, at least give people a back up way to track. ### 1/5 — Needs updates *2022-06-03, version 3.9* Doesn’t want to open half the time on iPhone and yes it’s updated. Also needs to save login Info as well as showing showing what account you’re in. I have an iPhone 11 Pro. So not sure why the app isn’t working but it needs fixed. Like other I filled out the survey for 2 weeks and the last two days there was an error. I emailed them and they said oh oops but this seems to be a pattern. Also bc of this error I never received the $25 gift card they promised for filling out for the two weeks. Restarting the app and logging out/back in do not help. ### 1/5 — Absolutely horrible *2026-01-18, version 4.2* I have been a Nielsen panel member for about 20 years and love doing the consumption diaries. But this app is completely worthless. You get to do about 3 days, maybe 4 if you’re lucky, and then it just stops working. It is a plain white screen saying “service unavailable due to maintenance downtime, please try again later”. But it stays this way all day for several days, even if you delete the app and reinstall it multiple times. So there’s no way to actually complete the week and earn your reward. I’d spend time filling out the survey and then when I try to submit, it says there’s a connection error. I try again, I close the app and open again, and still the error if I try to start a new entry for the new day, it says it will close all the data in my incomplete survey. So I’ve basically wasted my time. This has happens several times and I never get to complete a full week. ### 1/5 — Freezes and unable to use-junk app! *2025-08-19, version 4.2* This app repeatedly freezes and doesn’t allow any entries. Took a good deal of time to enter information, then refused to submit the data (gave an error message with instructions to restart the app and try again…over and over). Sometimes just a white screen, sometimes I’m able to log in and then I get the white screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled to the same thing. The day the survey was to begin the app opened up. That may be the issue for others as well. You have to wait until the day your survey begins. Not sure what corrected the issue. —— I am getting Connection Error and Internal Server error when trying to start the app. Restarting shows Loading Data... and then fails. It is a few days into the study period already. Any suggestions? I was told I’d get a $25 Amazon gift card for a week of uploading everything I eat and drink for a full week. The app worked fine for about a week. Then it kept error’ing out, and wouldn’t send my data. It was recommended that I uninstall and reinstall the app. That was a bad idea, because now it doesn’t recognize my login credentials.
