Just nags to upgrade to pro, or watch a video. Once again had to delete and reinstall. Still nothing from app support since I emailed them 6 months ago. (April 2023) Deleted and reinstalled AGAIN! At least that works. Used to be excellent, now it’s a pain. Still no fix 2.5 yrs on. Only way I can use it is to uninstall and reinstall. It removed all my contacts from phone. ### 2/5 — Beware: data loss! *2025-12-16, version 2.3.6* This is a strange program. I managed to get it to export a vCard file, but it’s not good. First, every entry has some fields, like X-PHONETIC-FIRST-NAME and X-PHONETIC-LAST-NAME, even for contacts which don’t have that field. Also, every field declares UTF-8 separately. Waste of space. Second, there’s a lot of bizarre (null) values sprinkled around, for no apparent reason. They don’t seem to correlate with anything. Third, and most dangerous, is that it doesn’t seem to know the proper vCard syntax, so (for example) it doesn’t escape commas. But vCard is lenient enough that this doesn’t cause parse errors. It simply means that any data after a comma will be silently discarded by a program which reads this data. If you need to get a few contacts out of iOS, this may be a decent starting point, but you’ll need to manually check each entry in the output.
