My husband has this on his Samsung and he likes it fine. I got it so we could share a recipe book but on the iPhone, when you’re scrolling through recipes and click on one of them, when you go back to the list it doesn’t take you back to where you were but instead bumps you back to the home page and the top of the list. 
When you have as many recipes as we do this is a major pain in the ***s and surely can’t be that difficult to fix…? 
It’s a shame as other than that it’s pretty good.

This app has the potential to be the best recipe app out there. The ideas are really good but the execution is poor. UI and UX needs a lot of work. It’s a shame that it’s not been updated in a year.

Depuis la dernière mise à jour, il est impossible de transférer une recette dans ce logiciel.
Sur ios 14 l’icone de l’application n’apparaît plus.
Dans l’application il devient impossible de coller l’url de la recette.
Merci de corriger ce problème

Can’t even download new recipes into the app any longer. Are they supporting the app?
I’m pretty upset that I’ve invested a lot of recipes into this thing and now it appears to be broken.

Pour l’instant je n’ai pas trouvé mieux en terme d’appli pour regrouper toutes mes recettes trouvées sur internet dans un seul endroit. Le + c’est de pouvoir partager ses recettes avec ses ami(e)s !! L’import des recettes est super simple : a faire depuis son ordi ou sur le téléphone directement avec la fonction partager depuis la page de recette ! Super simple et rapide ! 
Quelques petits bugs cependant sur iPhone qui nécessiterait quelques correctifs pour une meilleure expérience. Mais ça ne m’empêche pas de l’utiliser malgré cela car je n’ai rien trouvé de mieux pour l’instant et l’appli répond à toutes mes attentes 👍👍

I was very happy with this app and use it quite often. I would have quickly recommended this app to others. That is until recently when I keep receiving emails stating “ Your Premium subscription has expired. Your account has switched to a basic Free account.”.  However; nothing could be further from the truth as I am still enrolled and being charged. I am no longer allowed to add additional recipes when I should have unlimited access. 

To further add to my frustration I can find nowhere on the app or their website a way to reach customer service to remedy the problem.

I love love love this app, but the meal planner in the ios app is atrocious lately. There's a bug or code break somewhere because the page is all messed up and almost impossible to use now. Recipes won't move easily from one day to another, and when you try to hold down a recipe, it wants to copy from a different part of the page.

If this doesn't get fixed soon I may have to try another app, which is sad because I've used My Cookbook for years and have over a thousand recipes saved/created.

I rely heavily on this app on Android and absolutely adore it there. I recently had to borrow an iPhone for a while when waiting for my new Android phone to arrive so I decided to try it out in this environment and I’m just flabbergasted how bad it is. iOS was certainly an afterthought. I can’t create one shopping list and add ingredients from other recipes, can’t download from and upload to Dropbox, and it’s overall just very laggy and weird. Giant bummer. Can’t wait for my new phone to arrive so I can get back to normal.

I used to love this app and was using it for free until I maxed out my numbers of recipes. Now I pay monthly. Absolute garbage! I can’t import recipes anymore (which was the best part of the app). So frustrating. I spent so much time moving all of my recipes into here.

This company obviously doesn’t care about the user experience as long as they can force ad after ad on them. This app is full of glitches and I absolutely regret even trying it. AVOID this app at all costs!!!

There’s a lot of glitchy technical problems with this app. I tried it for a good eight months before giving up. When you try and upload or import a Recipes from a website directly it just doesn’t work and I keep having to kill the app and re-opening it.

For some ridiculous reason, probably having to do with advertising, you have to create an account. I’ve never come across any app where this was so difficult. I must have mistyped my password and then when I tried to change it, first I get a message saying my email address didn’t exist and then when I tried to create a new account they said my email address was already in use. I gave up and deleted the app.

To add recipes, the app asks you to paste in the URL of the recipe you have found - when I tried to paste, the app treated it if I was trying to select text. 
Eventually persevered and pasted a link into the app. The app pulled all the useful information from the site. 
In order to sort your recipes you can add categories (app wouldn’t let me type anything in this box) or tags (would let me type, but then the tags appeared in the ‘yield’ section.

I’ve been using this app on Android for years. 
I switched to IOS. Pretty obvious the program either wasn’t rewritten specifically for IOS, or simply poorly done. 
I spent several hours trying to get it to work.   Tons of web search. 

IOS didn’t recognize the app. Wouldn’t offer it as a place to download a file. 

Switched to Recipe Keeper. Was able to download all of my recipes from Android My Cookbook and was set up in under five minutes.

This app is the best cooking app periodt.  It has a very good layout so it's perfect for recipes! Let alone it's free and the amount of times you can write new recipes is more then enough! I love it.

I really like this app. You can easily import online recipes on you computer and then use your phone in the kitchen plus it gets right to the point and cuts out all the fluff in a lot of cooking blogs, like how their husband best friends grandma was brought back to life from their chili recipe. The meal planner isn’t as user friendly but I love the grocery list.

Love this app.  I use it on my iPad and my android phone and it syncs well. If it doesn’t sync just close the app and reopen. Love how it imports the recipes from blogs, and also how you can edit the recipe if you make changes.

App wurde stabilisiert und funktioniert wieder zuverlässig bei mir.
Vielen Dank auch für die Nachfragen durch die Entwickler. Gut.

Ich erhöhe hiermit wieder zurück auf fünf Sterne. Diese App ist meine Bibliothek für Rezepte. Gut ist, das ich sie von ganz verschiedenen Websiten einkopieren kann. 
Ich speichere auch meine eigenen Rezepte dort.
Ich hoffe, die App begleitet weiter...

Nutze die App für Rezepte seit Jahren und zahle. Neuerdings ist die App nicht aufrufbar auf meinem IPhone und hängt sich auf. Da hilft dann nur App löschen, neu installieren und neu anmelden. Dann geht’s kurz wieder bis es beim nächsten Mal erneut versagt.

Bitte Fehler beheben. So macht das keinen Sinn ...

Can anyone help me? I switched to iPhone X from Note 5. With my Note I could share my recipes to friends from the app, by text messages, but can’t figure it out with the iPhone. Also cannot find an answer online. I paid for the premium version of My Cookbook as well. Thanks!

I was looking for a replacement cookbook app that i could put on my iPad and my android phone and ive always used recipe book but they don’t have it available on android.  This is the best app ive found and i have it on my kindle, my android phone and now my iPad mini.  I signed in with the same user names so all my recipes are right there when i open it up. And it is way easier to add recipes from online than the other app. I love it and will continue using this one instead.  Highly recommend
