What shocked me with the app is that it is translated in the language used on the device. While this might seems to be a nice feature, it also is very confusing as you don’t know which language to use anymore to talk with the city as even the messages from the city are translated. I highly doubt that if I reply or comment in my native language which is not Spanish nor English,  the city would understand anything. Not to mention some approximate translations in the user interface and some sentences which add to the confusion. Please do not translate anything within the app.

Can see the updates around the area & progress on my report. 
Update to iOS 9 would be appreciated & fixing to not "upscale" to the larger 5.5" screens would be good.

I have used the app a few times to submit public requests and for public notifications of events so far I am very impressed
